We are pleased to introduce Mike Burroughs as the newest member of The WildeWood Club team, joining us as our Head Golf Professional. Mike brings with him more than three decades of experience in the golf industry, with a strong background in club operations, tournament management, member engagement, golf shop management, and revenue development.
Most recently, Mike served as Director of Golf at Cobblestone Golf Club in Blythewood, where he led both the inside and outside golf operations. During his tenure, he developed and expanded golf programs for members, ladies, mixed couples, and juniors, while organizing numerous member tournaments and events. Prior to Cobblestone, Mike served as Director of Golf at Riviera Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio, where he focused on staff development, daily operations, and member relationships.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade as Head Golf Professional at Wedgewood Golf and Country Club in Howell, Ohio, overseeing a robust tournament program and serving a membership of approximately 500 members.
Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated a strong commitment to exceptional service, member engagement, and creating enjoyable golf experiences. His experience managing tournaments and golf programs, combined with his operational and business background, will be a tremendous asset to The WildeWood Club.
