2021 Summer Kickoff Party

Dear Wildewood Members,
You are invited to our Summer Kickoff Party on Saturday, May 29th.
Event Schedule:
10:00 am
5K Fun Run/Walk-Meet in the area between the Pool Center and the Outdoor Tennis Courts
10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Pool Opens, Bounce House, Volleyball, Cornhole, and Croquet (Croquet is setup on the putting green near the parking lot.
11:00 am–2:00 pm
Complimentary food from the Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles and Metro Street Grille Food Trucks. Ticket information will be posted below.
11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Cash bars will be setup inside and outside of the pool area. Members with charging privileges may charge drinks to their accounts. Those without charging privileges will need to bring cash for the bar.
12:00 pm- 3:00 pm
Dave Vandelay & Co Band plays outside of the Pool Center
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm
Putting Contest on the putting green closest to the parking lot.
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Closest to the Pin Contest on the Driving Range

Parking
Cars will park in the upper and lower golf side parking lots. Access to park in the Tennis lots will be blocked off. Please enter and exit through the service entrance as there will be a lot activity happening near and around the median area through the brick wall entrance/exit.
Tickets for Food Trucks, Sweet Pea’s, and Little Pigs BBQ
The food events are complimentary for all HOA, Social, Tennis, and Full Members and their household members. If you have OUT OF TOWN family in this weekend, they may attend the event. There is a $10/person charge for the food trucks and BBQ, and $5/person charge for the Sweet Pea’s Ice Cream. If you are setup for charging privileges, you may charge the guest food to your account. If you are not setup with charging privileges, you will need to bring cash for your guests.
We are expecting a large turnout for this event. We ask that you email Bart@thewildewoodclub.com by 5:00 pm on Thursday to request your tickets for the food events.We will have the tickets available for pick-up from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the pro shop on Friday. If you are unable to pick them up on Friday, we will have a Will Call registration area where you may pick them up.
Members that do not request tickets in advance will need to pick them up at the registration areas setup in front of the pool center. We hope that most will register in advance to limit the length of the lines at the registrations areas.
When you submit your food ticket request, please include the following:
- Name your WildeWood Club account is under
- Number of Food Truck Tickets for you and your in-house family
- Number of Little Pigs BBQ Tickets for you and your in-house family
- Number of Sweet Pea’s Ice Cream Tickets for you and your in-house family
- Number of OUT OF TOWN family members food tickets needed for Food Trucks, BBQ, or Sweet Pea’s Ice Cream.
